Yes, we can confirm we have received complaints regarding fencing issues and/or noise related issues to Backworth Park Primary School.
However, due to the low numbers of complainants, this information is withheld under section 40 of the FOIA.
The Code of Practice for Official Statistics requires that reasonable steps should be taken to ensure that all published or disseminated statistics protect confidentiality. Disclosure of this information may result in individuals being identifiable. Disclosure of such information would therefore be in breach of the data protection principles and is therefore withheld under section 40 of the FOIA.
