Under the Freedom of Information Act, please share any emails, notes, or approval records showing who authorised and signed off the publication of consultation materials for the Langley First School and Appletree Gardens First School merger between January 2023 and now.
Please include correspondence between Julie Firth, Governance/Democratic Services, and the Communications Team relating to the timing, approval, or content of these documents before they went public.
Response:
The consultation documentation was discussed by the Strategic Education Review Group on 29/09/25 with officers collectively reviewing the live document in the weekly meeting . Approval was given verbally by consensus once all officers were satisfied with the content. The documentation is a live document and there are no prior versions held.
