I request details about outdoor learning areas, playgrounds, and playing fields at Langley First School, from January 2023 to the present.
Please include any internal reports, assessments, and correspondence held by the School Place Planning Team, Property Services, or Education Department that refer to the use of Langley’s field, on-site outdoor provision, and comparisons with Appletree Gardens First School.
Response:
Langley First School has a range of soft and hard outdoor PE spaces and soft and hard informal and social areas. This includes areas within the school grounds at the site of Cauldwell Avenue and Drumoyne Gardens, and a detached playing field to the west of Drumoyne Gardens, maintained by the school.
Information about how those spaces are used daily / termly is not held by the council. This information would be available via the school.
