Request: 
Please provide details of budget allocations, funding bids, or approved expenditure for SEND development projects within North Tyneside, including any referencing Woodlawn School or the Langley site, from January 2023 onward. 
Include documentation held by the Schools Finance Team (Resources Directorate) and Children’s Services, plus any Cabinet or committee papers confirming allocations or capital spend.

The Annual High Needs Capital Assurance return is appended to this response. It provides a summary of expenditure to date and projected spend on unconfirmed proposals, including forecasts to support Woodlawn. 

There have been no specific funding bids for either Woodlawn or Langley Schools. All funding has been received via the High Needs Capital Grant funding. 

This information is refused in answer to this request under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, information accessible to the applicant by other means.
