This should include:
- Spending or allocations managed by the Corporate Property and Capital Projects Teams under the Resources Directorate;
- Any internal reports or correspondence between Jon Ritchie, Julie Firth, or their teams discussing maintenance, building condition, or RAAC-related issues.

- Capital Expenditure: - A summary table of the capital works and costs for Appletree Gardens First School and Langley School during 22/23 to 24/25 are attached. Further works to Wall ties at Appletree Gardens were carried out in the summer of 2025. The estimated final account is £24.5k
School building maintenance and repair costs are managed directly by the schools, as part of their delegated budget responsibilities. The Authority does not hold details of those expenses.
