Thank you for referring one of your friends or family members to join Contours (more than just a gym). In order to take advantage of this offer, please complete the form below.

How it works
You can refer as many friends and family members as you like to join Contours. As a thank you, you will receive a free month of your Contours membership for every person you refer who joins. And that's not all! There is no joining fee for your friend or family member either.

Term and conditions 
I agree that my friend/family member who I refer has provided me with their personal details included in this form to qualify for the ‘refer a friend’ promotion. By completing this form, I am giving you permission to contact my friend or family member via the contact details I have provided you with. The person you refer needs  to make a minimum of three payments, then the Contours team will automatically amend your next available Direct Debit payment to reflect your free month. If you have paid your membership in full, an extra month will be added to the end of your membership.
