Our North Tyneside Plan Dashboard
The Our North Tyneside Plan Dashboard monitors the key measures against each of the five ambitions of the Our North Tyneside Plan 2025-2029:-
- Better lives for all - a healthier, fairer and better quality of life, where everyone can thrive
- Best start in life – giving our children and young people what they need to achieve their full potential
- Places to be proud of – building neighbourhoods and town centres that are clean, green and safe and make North Tyneside a great place to live
- Good work for all and economic growth – helping create more good quality jobs and strong economic growth
- Housing and neighbourhoods that enhance lives – delivering more affordable and social housing and creating neighbourhoods we’re proud to call home.
The key measures, drawn from three sources, support robust monitoring and benchmarking. The three sources include:
- Local Outcomes Framework (LOF) – enabling relevant benchmarking comparisons and alignment with central government expectations;
- Current measures – to maintain continuity of trend analysis and benchmarking over time; and
- New locally developed measures – designed to monitor progress and success against specific local priorities and objectives – monitoring outcomes and impact at a strategic level.
Bi-annually Cabinet receive monitoring reports providing updates on deliverables and analysis on the key measures. Monitoring reports are also shared with Overview & Scrutiny Coordination & Finance Committee bi-annually.
