  • the address and postcode of the property
  • a description of the planned work
  • plans or sketches of the planned work
  • an estimated cost of the work

  • Demolition Notice/Application: £275
  • Replacement copy of Decision Notices or Completion Certificates: £50+VAT
  • Hourly rate to support the Building Safety Regulator: £90+VAT
