Our Mission is to ensure that both consumers and businesses in North Tyneside are well informed and operate within a fair and safe trading environment.
The Trading Standards service is here to protect consumers and give advice to business.
We investigate criminal complaints such as unsafe toys and electrical goods, misleading prices and false descriptions.
