All the hotels, guest houses and self-catering flats in the Association have agreed to comply with the Code of Conduct drawn up by Visit Britain (formerly English Tourism Council).
All members of the Association either have a Quality Standard Award from Visit Britain or a Quality Award from the Tourism Department of North Tyneside Council (based on minimum standards from Visit Britain).
