Solo Martial Arts aims to provide students with a realistic personal self - protection system for the modern world.

By using a combination of disciplines from various Martial Arts styles including traditional systems such as Karate and the more aerobic style of Kick boxing you'll get fit, enjoy varied and interesting classes and learn self protection techniques that work in the real world.

We have different locations for sessions, different times and days available - not limited. Such as at our headquaters in south Gosforth, Whiltey Bay (Marden Bridge Middle School Fri & Thurs 6pm), Newcastle. Coming soon South Shields.

Our instructors have spent many years devoted to training in the art of SMA and other martial art and have attained certain level of expertise to qualify them as teachers and also mentors.

All Solo Martial Art instructors undergo intensive training not only in martial arts but in teaching skills also. Our staff have obtained mastery in this art and now enjoy sharing their skills and passing it on to their students. All our staff are CRB Cleared.
