As part of its commitment to improving the planning service and to fulfil its statutory obligations to the Audit Commission, North Tyneside Council’s Planning Department commissioned MRUK Research to undertake a survey of people who had applied for planning permission between 3rd April 2006 and 29th September 2006. The aim of the survey was to evaluate the provision of the planning service that is provided by North Tyneside Council. The report can be viewed by following the link below;
