Results
Progress is measured regularly, both by NTSP and central government, against specific targets. These assessments use a 'traffic light' system where the result for each target is rated
- green - targets have been achieved or exceeded
- amber - doing better, with scope for further improvement
- red - performance has been poor
After the 2006/07 assessment, NTSP overall was rated 'amber/green'. This is a good result, but NTSP is aware there is still much more to do.
