North Tyneside libraries online catalogue
The North Tyneside Libraries’ catalogue is now online, containing details of all books, CDs, DVDs, videos and talking books. To make full use of the catalogue you must be a registered member of the library and get a PIN from a member of staff at any North Tyneside library. Once you have your PIN you can access the system from anywhere with an Internet connection.
Library members with a PIN can see what they have out on loan and when items are due for return. It is also possible to renew items out on loan, as long as they are not reserved or overdue.
You can now also reserve items through our online catalogue. Please note, however, that if the item you require is not on loan it will be quicker to contact the library where the item is held, and ask them to either keep it for you or arrange for it to be sent to your nearest library within North Tyneside for collection. We will notify you as soon as your request is available for you to collect. If you would like to be notified by e-maill please ask for your e-maill address to be added to your borrower record.
