Latent Defects Insurance – Latent Gold
This is a ten year building guarantee for commercial properties, either new or substantially refurbished, which covers latent defects including structural faults.

- Public buildings
Latent defects insurance has required additional inspections and high premiums in the past. Latent Gold solves both of these issues by only requiring the standard Local Authority Building Control inspection, which also reduces costs so that the cover premium is the most competitive on the market.
In partnership with the broker “Oval Insurance Broking Ltd” the product is backed by Allianz Cornhill - the largest commercial insurer in Europe.

LABC New Home Warranty
The LABC New Home Warranty is a quality service offering specific competitive products for speculative residential housing, social housing and self build.
The LABC New Home Warranty scheme has been created in partnership between LABC, the representative body for Local Authority Building Control, and MD Insurance Services Limited (MDIS) the company that administers the scheme which is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

This caters for speculative developers and builders covering conversions, new build and mixed use developments. - LABC Social Housing Warranty

FMB Masterbond
This is a renovations, extensions and home improvements warranty in partnership with the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) providing cover for:
- Structural work/alterations
- Extensions
- Loft conversions
- Disabled persons facilities
- All general building work including new bathrooms and toilets, double glazing, central heating and insulation.
The advantages of this scheme include transferable cover for any subsequent purchaser of a property benefiting from this warranty. It also protects against loss of deposit, defects related to faulty workmanship/materials for the first two years, and against structural defects for a full ten years.
Sub contractors work can also be covered. The warranty will also protect the householder against the builder going out of business, is declared bankrupt or dies.
