Penalty Charge Notices
North Tyneside Council uses Civil Enforcement Officers (formally known as Parking Attendants) to issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) for:
- Parking contraventions
- Driving and parking in bus lanes when not permitted
If you have received a PCN, please do not ignore it.
