A beautiful 400 acre green oasis located in the heart of North Tyneside which has been awarded the Green Flag award in recognition of its qualities.
How to get here
There are regular bus links to the ASDA supermarket (Benton), up to date timetables and services can be found on the Nexus website or by calling the Travel Line on 0191 2325325
There are frequent metros to Palmersville station. As you come out of the station you turn right and walk straight ahead, at the public house on the corner you turn right again. About 100 yards, on the other side of the road you will see the Entrance signs to the Park.
Parking
Parking is provided within the Centre grounds; alternatively visitors can park in the ASDA car park and enjoy the short walk down the lane. This is advisable if a big event is on at the Centre. There are allocated disabled parking spaces beside the Countryside Centre.
