Take the plunge for Sport Relief

Fundraisers looking to make a splash for this year's Sports Relief should head to Tynemouth Pool this month.
On Friday 19 March at the leisure facility on Beach Road in North Shields, 100 people are set to jump or dive off the five-metre high board as many times as possible in one-hour.
The aim is to reach 1,000 jumps during the event, starting at 4.30pm, equalling a three-mile free fall and raising over £1,500 for the charity.
And to mark the occasion, the water in the North Tyneside Council swimming pool will be coloured red.
Cllr Glynis Barrie, cabinet member for Community Services, said: "I'm delighted that the council can support this event and provide the opportunity for fundraisers to raise money for a good cause - as well as having fun at the same time.
"I'm confident the event will be a great success and I would encourage everyone to get involved.
"Even if people aren't keen to jump of the diving board, they can still go along and lend their support."
The event will include music for the spectators, as well as a number of pool games.
To guarantee a place, participants must pay a £5 deposit, which will be donated to Sport Relief.
The fundraisers will then receive a sponsorship pack and it is hoped each person can raise up to £15 or more, to be returned to Tynemouth pool prior to the event.
All participants must be registered and on poolside by 4.15pm.
There will be two trial sessions at Tynemouth Pool on Friday 5 and Friday 12 March, between 4.30 and 5.30pm, where participants can come along and practice their jumps and dives. These sessions are free.
For further information or to book a place, contact Craig Davies at Tynemouth Pool on TEL: (0191) 643 2900.
Notes to editor:
Sport Relief takes place between Friday 19 to Sunday 21 March.
There will be four members of staff on the top board to control the jump. Participants will be jumping or diving in pairs, and will only jump when the member of staff instructs them to do so.
