Stroke Support Service
People living with stroke and aphasia can now take advantage of a new support service.
CHANT (Communication Hub for Aphasia in North Tyneside) is a partnership between North Tyneside Council, North Tyneside PCT and the Stroke Association and helps people living with stroke to develop skills to enable them to access work, training and social opportunities. The service extends to families and carers.
